Ever watched The Biggest Loser cysters, Julie, Brittany, and Jillian get fit (and fitter)?

One of their 'secrets' (in addition to clean eating) is lots of working out.

Granted, very few of us has 3 to 4 hours a day to dedicate to working out (like the BL contestants), but we CERTAINLY can find 60-90 minutes a day. Right? RIGHT?!?!

For those of you who think, "My body size just won't budge," join our 90-day bootcamp to see just what your body can do when you're REALLY working it out...

The GOAL of this challenge is not to 'lose the most weight' (so no skipping meals, or stavation programs.) This challenge is about seeing what your body can do in 90-days when you really 'do things the right way'!

In PCOS Bootcamp, all levels from very sedentary to very fit are welcome, and you'll have several CORE goals that you have to meet:

One of the most important challenges here at FitCysters is to maintain a positive attitude - no venting, no negative post titles.  While we all have bad days, treat FC like your 'gym locker room'.  You wouldn't get all dressed up, head to the gym, just to complain...  The challenge is to try to find a positive spin on the situation.  If you can't 'find the positive', ask for help, but in a 'non-venting' way.  In addition to making the task of weight loss easier, this rule helps maintain the cheerful atmosphere of this site.  Please also remember to keep diet chat to a minimum.  If you have diet questions (that go beyond specific fitness nutrition, or a specific recipe), it's best to post that at SoulCysters.

Bottom line: PCOS Bootcamp is for you, whether you workout at home, or at the gym.  Whether you have access to tons of space and equipment, or minimal space and equipment.  This is a NO EXCUSES ZONE.  If you have the desire to get fit, slim, and healthy, and a positive attitude, we can help you reach your goal.

Each week, an additional challenge is posted - again, it will be doable by ALL fitness levels.  Below are examples of the weekly challenges from previous bootcamps.  If you're new to Fit Cysters, be sure to read the CORE goals, and then jump in at the current week (the challenges don't typically 'build' upon the previous week, so you'll be fine jumping in, no matters your fitness level.)
